Applying online for a monthly membership is “mail-order sales” under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. The following is stated as that Act requires.
All enquiries are handled through the web form or by email. We do not take enquiries, bookings or membership applications by telephone. The required items, our telephone number included, are disclosed by email without delay on request (Enforcement Regulation of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, Article 8(1)).

Founding members (limited to 40, member numbers 001-040, joining by 31 December 2026): ¥13,200. The fee never rises. The joining fee is the same for everyone, founding members included: ¥11,000
Joining fee: ¥11,000 (¥10,000 before tax; paid once when a monthly membership begins, and not charged for drop-in use)
Annual membership: ¥157,300 (11 months; 12 months at list price is ¥171,600). A founding member paying annually pays ¥145,200 (11 months). On early cancellation we settle at the list monthly rate for the months used and refund the balance (administration fee ¥3,300)
Drop-in: trial Free (first visit, 60 minutes, one per person, by reservation. The enrolment fee and first month's dues apply only if you join on the day; if you do not join, there is no charge) / 1 day ¥3,300 / 1 week ¥7,700 (JPA-registered lifters and Yusuke Suzuki salon members: ¥2,200) / accompanying a member ¥2,200 (registered in advance). Unused portions are not refunded

price of the service - Joining fee ¥11,000 (incl. tax)Paid once, when a monthly membership begins. Not charged for drop-in use. The joining fee is not refunded. No administration or payment-processing charges are added to the joining fee or the monthly payments. The first month's fee is pro-rated from the date of joining (monthly fee ÷ days in the month of joining × days from the date of joining to the end of that month, fractions of a yen rounded down). If you join after the 27th, the following month's fee is also payable.
- How to pay
- Credit card (Square)The card brands we accept are shown on the payment screen. Studio hire is paid in advance by credit card on the web at the time of booking; the booking is confirmed once payment is complete. Payment on the day for drop-in use is cashless at reception (credit cards, electronic money and QR payments). We do not take cash.
- When to pay
- The following month's fee is charged to your registered credit card on the 27th of each monthWe charge on the same date even when the 27th falls on a weekend or a public holiday. The date the money actually leaves your bank account depends on your card issuer's closing and payment dates. The first payment is taken when the joining process is completed.
- When the service is provided
- You may use the gym from the start date we give you once the joining process is complete.Studio hire is provided at the date and time confirmed once payment is complete. Record meets are provided at the date and time applied for.

Cancellation -
This service is the provision of a service, so there is no return of goods.
The deadlines are as follows.
- Cancellation: by 23:59 on the 10th of the month in which you wish to cancel
- Suspension: by 23:59 on the last day of the month before the month concerned (in units of one month, up to three months; membership resumes automatically when the period ends)
- Changing plan: by 23:59 on the last day of the month before the month concerned
If you cancel part-way through a month you may still use the gym to the end of that month. No pro-rata refund is made.
Cancellation charges for personal sessions, studio hire and record meets: free up to three days before, 50% two days before and the day before, 100% on the day or for a no-show. - Revision of fees
- Where fees are revised we give notice on My Page and to your registered email address at least one month beforehand.
- Special conditions of sale

- You must be 18 or over to join. Anyone aged 16 or 17 needs written consent from a parent or legal guardian. We cannot accept members under 16.
- If a health condition affects your ability to train, consult a doctor beforehand.
- Staffed hours at the gym vary by day; the current schedule is published on the top page of this site. Outside those hours the gym is for members only; drop-in use, looking round and the free trial are handled during staffed hours. The gym is not open unstaffed around the clock.
