Membership

From application to membership.

This form is your application to join B.A.D. GYM URAWA. Nothing is charged when you apply, and no membership is created yet. Once we have reviewed your application we will email your registered address with a link to your My Page. Paying the joining fee and the first month (or the annual fee) by card on My Page completes your membership, and the entrance code for the 1st-floor door then appears on My Page. You can withdraw your application at any time by email.

There are no other administration or payment-processing charges. The joining fee is paid once, on joining, and is not refunded. There is no joining fee for drop-in use (¥3,300 per visit). All prices shown include tax. If you join after the 27th, the first automatic payment, taken on the 27th of the following month, covers the month after that, so the following month's fee is also paid when the joining process is completed.

Choose a plan Required If you join by 31 December 2026 and receive member number 001-040 (founding members, limited to 40), the founding member rate applies automatically. There is nothing to choose. Your fee stays at that rate for as long as you remain a member.
From the 41st member, or for anyone joining on or after 1 January 2027, the standard price applies (Base membership ¥14,300/month, Annual membership (Base) ¥157,300/year).

Rental locker (being prepared) Rental lockers are still being prepared. We will announce the start date once it is fixed. Until then they cannot be applied for and are never charged.

Name Required

Date of birth Required Membership is open to those aged 18 or over. Those aged 16 or over but under 18 must submit the written consent of a person with parental authority or other legal representative (we explain this during the process). Those under 16 cannot join.

Email address Required

Telephone number (your own) Required Your own number. We use it in an emergency, such as an accident on the premises. All administration and information is sent by email.

Emergency contact's telephone number (not your own) Required This is who we contact when you are in no state to respond yourself (an accident or sudden illness). Please give the number of someone other than yourself, for example a family member.

Emergency contact's name and relationship to you Required

House rules — I have read these and agree to follow them. Required Terms, Privacy policy, and Safety and risk and agree to it. Required I agree that the gym may collect and use information about my state of health. RequiredMedical history, injuries and the like are “special care-required personal information” in law, and collecting them requires your consent. We use them only to decide whether you may use the facility, to adjust coaching, and to respond to an accident or sudden illness. I agree that in the event of an accident or sudden illness the gym may contact my registered emergency contact. RequiredPlease tell the person you register as your emergency contact that you have done so.

Sending this form does not create a membership and nothing is charged. After we review it we will guide you to pay on your My Page.
On joining you pay only the joining fee of ¥11,000 and the first month's fee. There are no administration or payment-processing charges.
